I work intuitively with the feet as a map of the whole body, using gentle, intentional touch to activate points connected to your organs, systems, and energy pathways. It’s an invitation to ground deeply, soften and release what’s held, and support the body’s natural capacity to rebalance and heal.

A spacious 90-minute session designed as a full-body reset. This layered experience weaves together auricular (ear) acupuncture, scalp and shoulder massage, facial reflexology and intuitive energy rebalancing to invite deep calm and restore ease and flow throughout your whole being.

Each session is shaped around your individual needs, drawing on personalised touch-points across the face, ears, scalp, shoulders. Every point of contact becomes a pathway — a quiet portal gently inviting the body to soften, release and remember balance.

rest and rebalance is a personalised experience guided by what your body needs on the day. I drawing on bodywork techniques that support your body in returning to and remembering deep rest and release. these may include detox ear acupuncture, foot reflexology, facial reflexology, cupping, gua sha and hot stone therapy.
each session is unique and intuitively led, allowing me to listen to and support your individual needs. i am interested in supporting those experiencing stress and insomnia, burnout and chronic pain, PMS and period pain, and grief.
sessions begin with a consultation and a tailored treatment plan shaped around your needs.

My second treatment ceremony with Rambi met me at a difficult time in my dance training, where I was approaching burnout and losing sight of my purpose in movement. I was deeply touched by Rambi's compassion, softness and expertise. Being present with her in ceremony invited me into my own softness, and as the sunlight poured in from the open windows in her beautiful space I felt a relief wash over all my worries.

Starting with my feet, she worked through various points and this opened up a lot of overthinking for me. I was wondering why I was thinking so much when I felt I was 'supposed' to be more mentally relaxed and in a deeper rest space. But she reassured me that this is normal and the area of the body that is linked to the feet is the digestive system, which means my thoughts were simply me digesting all the difficulty I had been having in my training for the past few months / weeks.

I left the treatment ceremony feeling so much peace and love in my body. The moments of stillness and silence with the acupuncture, the craniosacral holding of my head and tea ceremony at the end were feelings that I could return to in my mind throughout the week whenever I felt stressed.

Thank you so much for the gift of your touch. I am so looking forward to being in ceremony with you again - in time and quiet 🖤.

Beautifully calming and awakening. My session with Rambi was so holding and I felt incredibly tended to. I didn't know how much reflexology on my face would support me in releasing tension, as well as masking less and being firmer in my own energies. Acupuncture in my ears was also deeply detoxing and I felt a huge wave of relief wash over me. Very convenient that I was able to experience this treatment ceremony in my own home too. Absolutely loved my session with Rambi. Experienced the deep relaxation and grounding that I was looking for. The session went above my expectations. Highly recommend for anyone looking for nervous system reset and grounding work.
